Nathalie attended culinary school in Portland, Oregon in her 20's, worked in the field for many years, then went back to school and became a teacher. She brings her chef skills to baking, and will be the first to tell you that she loves the pastry arts and wished she had done pastry school instead!

Sally was not involved with her mom and sister's bakery while in high school, but when she took a gum paste flower class with them, she discovered her talent for floral design, and now she is the head wedding cake designer.
